Bought a couch and a mattress from them! I absolutely love them! The couch is holding up amazing with out two big dogs and the mattress is so comfortable! I will only be buying from them now on!
View on GoogleHe was terrible very rude and basically made me go get 600 from bank cash didn't give me any warranty I have received nothing and asked for under bed to lift mattress never never again nothing good say he is a liar! Has Mom telling people he has never lied!
View on GoogleWayde and Mr Bueno were awesome. They were on time, very friendly, respectful, and explained everything very well. The delivery and setup was fast. I would highly recommend them, a very positive experience. We love our new bed!
View on Google2nd Update: it has been 4 weeks since this review was posted. I was told at the time that they had to send the photos I sent to the “factory that they came from”, to see if our sunk in the middle mattress would qualify for a warranty. They have never contacted me to tell me one way or another. They have not responded to the Better Business Bureau. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your money here. They will not help you if you have a problem. They will however ignore you, hang up on you, yell at you and make it seem as if you are the one that is in the wrong. Update: Response to the Business: I sent the requested information. I have received no verification from the company that these items were received. You have my number, so an “message received” text would be the least you could offer so that I know you have the information you need to get this taken care of. That would be common and decent business practice. My statements contain multiple facts as to exactly what has transpired. I have dates and names to back them up. You have 5 star reviews for good experience with purchasing. I would agree with that. You have multiple 1* reviews from anyone who has had an issue with your products. If I could give a 0 I would. Terrible customer service from Mark who accused me of being angry for “not getting my way” when in fact I was angry because I had done everything they asked me to do for 6 weeks and no one would ever do anything to resolve the issue. Not only that but he suggested that the pictures of nothing more than a dip in the bed looked like we were “misusing” the mattress. All we have done is attempt to sleep on the mattress. Unfortunately we both roll to the middle due to the defect making it very difficult to get a good nights sleep.This is the 2nd mattress in 6 months we have had to bad from this company. I just want a refund. I will go elsewhere for purchase.
