Xavier was very helpful and knowledgeable. My husband is a big guy and we needed comfortable and well made furniture. We chose a flexsteel couch and loveseat. Xavier explained to us the difference of how this couch is made and the durability of the cushions and support. We were very pleased with our shopping experience

Xavier was awesome and should be employee of the month. Very friendly, came right up and asked what we were looking for and we also went to Wichita furniture and got no help so came right back and got help right away from Xavier. And got a deallll!

We stopped by your store on a whim while looking to replace some broken furniture. When we arrived, there were no staff available to assist us. We waited near the item we were interested in and, after receiving no response, walked around the store several times trying to locate a sales associate. It appeared that the sales staff did not have time to help us. Eventually, we approached the counter and were assisted promptly once an employee finished helping another customer. Michael Thompson was very friendly and happy to help. However, a colleague audibly sighed/scoffed when we chose to complete the purchase with this him. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional. We completed our purchase on February 17, with an estimated lead time of two weeks. The delivery date was repeatedly pushed back, and after it became clear the items could not be delivered in a reasonable timeframe, we opted to pick them up ourselves on March 19 (6 of the 8 items ordered). While the other 2 items were on backorder, we called multiple times to follow up on the order status, assuming that Furnitue Row had to issue a Purchase Order for those items. My calls were consistently ignored. On the occasions when the phone was answered, the call was immediately disconnected. I called six different times simply to check on the status of the order. It was not until April 6, when I blocked my number, that the store answered the phone on the first ring. Once the items arrived, I was not notified that they were available to pick up. Although I understand some of their delivery personnel resigned during this timeframe, the entire experience was extremely frustrating and fell well below reasonable expectations for customer service. Michael Thompson was the only person that made this experience somewhat ok. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you Michael.

I've visited several times over the last few months & met with Michael. He showed me various furniture options & brands. We took measurements & viewed material options. Today I went in & ordered my furniture as I'm custom ordering. We walked the floor from one end of the showroom to the other & Michael continued to made suggestions to guarantee that I was pleased with my choices. A few minor adjustments & we are rocking & rolling. Everyone there is extremely friendly & supportive during the buying process. I highly recommend Furniture Row.

Just came into to browse. Daniel let us walk around d for a few minutes before engaging. Nothing g I hate worse is not even getting in the door and you get 2 or 3 asking what youre looking for. He kept an eye on us but just let us do our thing. Then a out 4 to 5 minutes into our experience he approached and ask what we were looking for. Which was a bedroom set for a guest room. He showed us some lo end stuff which is what we were thinking of since it's for a guest room but continued show us a little nicer stuff till we came upon the set we bought. Thank you Daniel for not being a pushy salesman!
