Daisy at Wichita Furniture and Mattress was great to work with. She took my preferences and dislikes into consideration and didn’t push anything on me. The prices were fair and staff were very friendly. My furniture arrived the next weekend after ordering and the delivery was quick and professional! Josh was incredible! He is very kind, patient, funny, over all exactly what I and most hope for in a sales associate!! Would absolutely request him next time I need to purchase furniture!! My delivery was quite a rocky experience. My delivery drivers brought my loveseat in perfect fit, but they said my light fixture was in the way and needed to be removed for the couch to fit. They left with the couch and loveseat. I had my fixture removed, the delivery drivers returned with both pieces, put the loveseat in its designated spot but left the couch in my stairwell as someone at the store requested them to do as they were concerned of the fit due to the light fixture previously. After they set the couch on my stairs one of the movers stepped on the couch to get up the stairs resulting in the frame being broken. The store was very kind and helpful they scheduled a pick up out three days so I did have to navigate around a couch all weekend. The delivery drivers who picked up couches for return Jacob and Woody were beyond kind when hearing of my experience and so helpful for when I get my next set delivered. If you can, absolutely request these guys, they will ensure everything fits, there’s no damage to your house, and they’re just a pleasure to be around!! Thank you Josh, Jacob, and Woody!!

We went into Furniture Mart several times before making a decision on what we wanted. We appreciated that they gave us space, we’re not pushy whatsoever for the sales but were very attentive in helping us make our ultimate decision. We worked with Alyssa and she was so kind and helpful. I really appreciated her, she definitely had patience as we had our 4 year old who was a little on the hyper side when we were in. She was also not pushy to make the sale but gave us several different options and listened to our wants and needs. And delivery will be Thursday. Can’t wait! We are getting a sectional in this color and texture.

was very satisfied from the sales clerk on the floor whom was very helpful and answered all our questions. The delivery guys were right on time. Was careful when bringing in the furniture to not hit the doorway or walls. placed it and made sure everything was working correctly before leaving.

The two young men were friendly, had positive communication, quick and efficient. They were FANTASTIC. I also loved the tracking program so I could see exactly how far they were away from delivery and any hiccups. They came in quickly, set up my table/chairs, took away the trash and left with a smile. No stress at all. Loved them!
