The Mattress Hub Wichita (West)

We were needing a new mattress so last week we made a stop into Mattress Hub West Wichita after work. Rob took excellent care of us, listened to our needs and preferences, what a delightful guy! Our mattress and box springs were delivered on Friday, a bit before the timeframe given. They set up our new set and hauled off the old. WE ARE LOVING OUR NEW SET!! If we are in need of another new set, we won’t hesitate to go back and see Rob!! And by the way, the prices were better at Mattress Hub than the 2 other places we checked out. From 2 satisfied customers-stop by and see what they can do for you.

Just purchased a Beauty Rest Queen Firm mattress. Rob Warnas was polite and courteous and friendly. I appreciate the way I was helped. I will receive my new mattress in 2 - 3 weeks. So far I am happy with what I purchased. Thank you and a well done to Rob.

Rob and Allison both provided excellent customer service to my wife and I recently. Due to contractor issues the delivery of two high end beds to our farm near White City. had to be delayed, after we struck the deal with the former manager. They honored all the terms as agreed to previously. I was very impressed with their professionalism in all aspects. In too many shops these days, professionalism is a lost art. Thank you Rob and Allison.

The Mattress Hub in west Wichita was great to work with. They listened to our requirements, and gave recommendations that matched perfectly. They made it easy to find the perfect mattress. We are looking forward to delivery and setup next week.

Allison was personable, kind, and fun to work with. Exhibited good product knowledge and was very fair! I really enjoyed this experience even though i wasn’t fully prepared to walk out with a new mattress when I first walked through the doors.
