Very knowledgeable and friendly staff! They value their customers and go out of their way to make sure you are happy. There was an issue with delivery but Chris took care of it personally and right away. They know their products and know how to match your needs to the right mattress. Chris and his crew will take good care of you.

they were very kind and helpful and ask what we were looking for and showed us all the mattresses from high to low price and didn"t push the high price. we needed a certan height. When they delivered the new set it was too high because of our existing frame. so I stoped by and told them the problem they immediately voluntiered to swap out the box springs at no cost. The problm was resolved quickly and with a kind and helpful manner. They resonded the very next day.

My daughter and I visited the Valparaiso store to purchase a new mattress for her bedroom. The sales associate, Brandy, met us at the door immediately. She was very friendly, helpful, extremely knowledgeable about all the products in your showroom. She worked so well with an indecisive teenager. Brandy was so patient with showing us the mattresses as well as explaining the history of the different companies, how each mattress differed, and was manufactured. Brandy made the whole experience pleasant, easy, streamlined, and very enjoyable. So much so, not only did I purchase a new queen size mattress for my daughter, but also a new king size mattress for myself. Brandy is a rock-star associate and a great asset to Bedzzz Direct.
