I just made my first Indiana Furniture purchase! I’ve been wanting a new couch for some time now. One of my coworkers told me they did financing with no credit card so I went and took a look at what they had. My sales rep was Lisa - wonderful woman and was so patient and helpful with me. I spent hours there looking, and decided I needed to measure more of my area. From there she gave me her card and I continued to browse via website. When I emailed her about a price quote on an item she responded within the hour. I ended up ordering said couch and sadly it wouldn’t fit through our doorway. I was holding back tears so upset, but the delivery guys said if I could go find one in warehouse they would try to deliver it same day. I went to the store found Lisa again and she helped me find somthing that would better fit in warehouse. They got here with it within the hour even though I’m about 30 minutes out from the store. The woman that helped me with my financing was also super kind, and answered all of my silly questions. Overall amazing experience with all of the individuals I interacted with. They helped me through the stressful situation in the best way and I couldn’t be happier!

Best experience I ever could have! I didn't feel rushed nor pressured by the salesman Brian Luckritz. I told him what I was looking for, and he guided me in the right direction. He was very prepared, in my opinion. I asked if he had a measuring tape, and he had one right on hand! Brian wasn't looking for just a commission off of a sale. He was more caring about what I wanted and what I was looking for exactly. He wasn't like any other salesman trying to push more expensive furniture options to me. It's very rare to see people who care about the experience for the customer. I would highly recommend visiting this place.

Went to Indiana furniture and Mattress and found some living room furniture we liked. Our salesman Zack was very helpful and patient with us. After getting our quote we decided to continue to shop around and after visit 3 more stores we could not beat the price or service offered by Indiana Furniture and mattress so we returned back and made our purchase and have been extremely happy since doing so. Everyone at the store goes out of their way to make sure the customer is completely satisfied.

We visited the store in search of new living room furniture and had a fantastic experience working with Zac. He was incredibly knowledgeable and walked us through all the available custom options, including various fabric and color choices. Zac helped us find exactly what we were looking for, and we highly recommend his expertise to anyone shopping here!

We had a 5-star experience at Indiana Furniture with in-store assistance that was attentive and helpful, but not overbearing. There’s a huge selection and a wide spectrum of price points. Purchase and delivery were extremely easy. Will definitely be returning for future purchases.
