Bedzzz Express

The customer service at the Trussville location is very good. The manager, Craig, when I spoke with him by phone to tell him that we wanted to upgrade our Tempur-Pedic mattress and adjustable frame that we had purchased from that store four years prior from a queen to a king was able to provide exactly what we wanted, that is, the same exact same mattress and adjustable bed frame in a king. In addition, while we are in the process of selling our current bed, he offered to accept a lower than normal percentage of the total price to hold our king until we are ready to finalize the purchase and accept free shipping. Craig was nothing but a professional and a gentleman who was willing to ensure that we were able to get exactly what we want. I highly recommend Bedzzz Express in Trussville, AL!

My Trussville salesman, Will, was awesome. He was beyond patient (I took forever looking at all of the mattresses.) He was also able to answer all of my questions. I appreciate that he knew so much about the mattresses. Customer service was excellent! My new mattress will be delivered tomorrow and I can't wait!

If you’re in need of a new mattress, I recommend shopping at Bedzzz Express on Hwy 11 in Trussville. Craig is very knowledgeable and understands your needs and budget. They have a no interest, same as cash, monthly payment option that helps take the sting out of the cost, if you’re a little shell-shocked by prices, like we were. All in all it was a good experience and Craig is great to deal with! Looking forward to sleeping on our new mattress!

I want to share with you how amazing Chris and Eddie were delivering my mattress and support unit. These young men had to carry each up 76 front steps. Absolutely amazing! Eddie practically jogged up the steep stairs without pausing. He carried it over his head. That unit is heavy!!! Then they were so gracious while assembling the bed, answering all my questions while expressing gratitude to my husband, James, for his military service. Chris and James had a meaningful exchange. I hope you will forward this to their boss and corporate. I want them to receive recognition for their character while performing their work. They were also fast and efficient. I'm glad I did business with you.

Craig was awesome. He helped me narrow down my mattress, very hard decision. He laid out all the different financing options and made it so easy to choose what worked best. I already knew their policy pretty well but I didn't have to ask different questions to get all the information out of him. I definitely recommend seeing Craig. I'll be back for sure.
