From start to finish, he made sure everything was handled smoothly and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding my recent experience at Bel Furniture. My spouse and I visited the store with the intent to purchase a modular couch. Upon entering, we were informed that any item marked with a white tag qualified for an additional 20% discount. While browsing, we found a gray couch clearly labeled with a white tag and priced at $988.88. However, when the salesperson scanned the item, we were told that the listed price was final and that no additional discount applied. Given the discrepancy, we requested clarification from a manager. The manager stated that the pricing on the tag was “wrong,” refused to honor the advertised discount, and then removed (ripped off) the tag in front of us. When I asked for his name and a business card, he stated that he did not have a business card available and only provided a name that sounded like “Jhaidir,” making it difficult to properly identify him. This response was both unprofessional and concerning. The entire situation appears to be a case of misleading or false advertising. Customers rely on clearly displayed pricing and promotional signage when making purchasing decisions, and this type of conduct undermines consumer trust. I am requesting that this matter be reviewed and addressed appropriately. Practices like this are unfair to consumers and should not be allowed to continue.

I hardly ever leave reviews, but my experience today changed that. I came in today and as I was walking in I was immediately approached by Lorenzo. I knew exactly the bedroom set I wanted, but once I saw it in person, it wasn’t me. Lorenzo allowed me space to browse and take my time ( which took almost 2 hours)! He was not forceful nor did he come off as a pushy salesman! He was patient and also very knowledgeable. He also informed me of a 90-day option you guys had to avoid spending so much at once. This was my second purchase there and the first time I don’t think anyone approached me. I picked my furniture and ordered online. Because of the service I received today, I will definitely be furnishing my new home @ Bel Furniture! Thanks for having employees like Lorenzo who seem to care and are not pushy with time or purchases! I appreciate you Bel Furniture & I look forward to adoring my new bedroom set soon! My experience with Bel had been horrible. I have recently had surgery so my husband decided to replace our mattresses. Bel was offering a delivery, set up and free mattress removal. The guy first said it wasn’t on his delivery instructions to remove the mattress and then he said oh your mattress is stained and left. So I called the store and the girl who answered said oh unless it’s a bel mattress we won’t remove it. I asked to speak with the supervisor Reuben who said he would call delivery who lied again and said there was a stain. As upset as I was he had customer service call me back. I asked to speak with him and he told me there was nothing he can do although his guy lied. I keep a mattress cover on my mattress and this is exactly what the guy saw when he said there was a stain. He never looked for one or saw anything. He just didn’t want to do HIS JOB AND THEY WENT ALONG WITH IT! If he would have moved it or asked my son to move it, he would have seen there was no stains!

Abraham was extremely professional, kind, patient, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. He took the time to understand what I needed and offered thoughtful suggestions without being pushy.
