Sleep Number

We entered the store with plans to see what Sleep Number had to offer, not purchase.. We had the pleasure of having Danielle serve us while we were there. She is very knowledgeable and approachable. Well versed in about the product and gave us space to make a decision without pressure. She honored our price point, didn’t try to sell above it. We have purchased a Sleep Number bed before and with Danielle this was the best experience. Her cordiality inspired us so that we purchased the same day. She explained the warranty with clarity and answered our questions. Our overall experience was excellent. Cudos to Danielle.

I had a great experience from start to finish. I first visited the Sugar Land location and received so much helpful information. After heading home to double-check a few things like space and height, I decided to call back to move forward with my purchase. Laci assisted me over the phone while filling in for the manager, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was knowledgeable, thoughtful, and even followed up with additional questions to make sure everything was right. The entire process felt relaxed and personal—never rushed or transactional. Truly excellent customer service. Thank you, Laci!

Danielle has excellent customer service. She was concerned about my needs and explained which mattress will better serve my needs. I highly recommend her for her ethical and professionalism character.

Gigi and Ernest were very helpful. They showed us several different mattresses and were very patient. Great work in helping us find what we needed!

Danielle was amazing. Very professional, informative, and transparent. She truly opened our eyes with the assessments of our lower back pressure points!
