Ashley Store

This store is located on the southside of the Galleria at Sunset Mall along Mall Ring Circle. There is plenty of free parking adjacent to the store and with very convenient store hours of operations. We were there to purchase a new bed frame and were taken care of by Johnny and Mark, who both did a great job assisting us in making our selection. The store is large and provides the customer with a wide variety of options to choose from excellent price points. At no time did we feel any type of pressure, as a matter of fact we came back several times over the course of several days before making a final selection after visiting several other furniture stores in the area. As of this post, we are waiting for the bed frame to arrive in early December but expect no problems and will update this otherwise.

Teamwork makes us want to come back to Ashley!! From the personal and expert touch with Irwin; he is delightful to work with and then coming up from the rear is Edgar! We walked out of Ashley saying we are so glad we decided to come and shop and buy! This is our first experience and won’t be our last. Just think we were going to another store but Ashley kept coming up on social media and we said why not! Glad we did!

Had a wonderful shopping experience with Kimberly. Kimberly listened to our wants and needs then led us to the perfect sectional. Chris with Acima was so helpful and walked us through the credit process. This was by far the best furniture buying experience we’ve had while renovating our home. Thank you Kimberly and Chris we will definitely be back.

The experience at Ashley was fast and easy. We were in and out with 8 pieces in less than an hour. James was absolutely amazing and knowledgeable and Chris made the financing simple and quick. Overall excellent experience!! We will definitely be back!

Location I went to was on Mall Ring Cir. Jeremy was amazing and very helpful. He helped find exactly what we needed and was able to get it to us the same day!! Chris from acima was wonderful, helped us get financed and walked us through everything making it easy to understand. Very pleased with the service we received.
