This is now our fourth mattress purchase from Best Mattress Warehouse, and it is our third time working with Sulaiman Jalloh. From the moment we walk in, we are greeted warmly, and he always remembers our names! Sulaiman's customer service is absolutely exceptional, and his friendly, fun personality makes the entire shopping experience enjoyable. He is consistently attentive, offering excellent and informative guidance based on his extensive knowledge of mattresses. His professionalism is truly outstanding, and we appreciate how he takes the time to understand our needs and preferences. If I could give 10 stars, I would because Jalloh is that amazing!
View on GoogleFrom the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Jalloh who took great care of my wife and I. We even brought in our kids and he was very understanding and good with them. He was extremely knowledgeable, fitted us to the perfect mattress, and even let the kids jump from mattress to mattress when we were done which they loved. 10/10 experience.
