Donna was a really great sales person, knew all about the mattress and no pressure on buying. Was very nice and made sure we got all the discount they were offering. Second time we have purchased a bed from Best Mattress on Rainbow and Warm Springs.

Just bought our 2nd new mattress from Best Mattress in the last few months. Wasn't planning on buying a 2nd new mattress, but because of Tina's great service and the awesome prices, it was a no brainer. Tina has been amazing to work with and the delivery guys are the nicest people as well! I went to other stores prior to this one, and I felt the sales people were rude and pushy. So glad we went to this best matress store where we met Tina. She is a sweetheart!

My husband and I visited this location this morning along with our two toddlers. It was an amazing experience from the very first moment. We not once felt pressured to choose a certain brand/product nor felt like our wants/needs weren’t being heard. Sheila was such a breath of fresh air to work with and we are beyond happy we found “the mattress”. Cannot wait for delivery in the morning!! Thanks again! Also for handling our energetic toddlers with so much grace 🤦‍♀️😂

We had a unique circumstance come up and Tina went above and beyond to help us out! We are so appreciative of Tina’s willingness to help and for the kindness she showed us! We highly recommend coming to this location to look for mattresses and receiving help from Tina! Also, another note we want to make is that Abel, the warehouse manager for Best Mattress happened to be around, and also helped with our unique challenge! We really appreciate him, and his willingness to step in and help however he could!

Great experience. Tina made the whole process easy and she was definitely very sweet. We could tell she wanted us to be genuinely happy with our purchase and took our price range into consider and we really appreciated that. Looking forward to receiving our new bed. Will recommend to anyone looking for a new mattress, as they are very reasonably priced and accommodating. Thanks again!
