Bob's Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

Easy return and exchange process. We purchased a dining set that did not match our space. I called and I was instructed to come in and pick a dining set that I would like to exchange with. The procedure was effortless. A crew came a couple of days later, picked up the first purchase and they assembled the set I chose. I'm glad I didn't hesitate to exchange! Great customer service, from the sales associate to the phone representative, pleasant experience with this company overall.

We went all around the Vegas Valley to compare and evaluate which place have the best deal and Bobs Furniture had won it. Peter was great! He answered all the questions and if there was anything we missed he was happy to show us the differences. Peter. Thanks for assisting us getting our first furniture!

Wow! I must say I couldn’t have asked for a better experience shopping for furniture is already stressful enough. Jack greeted us at the door and from the start was such a nice and personable person! He was also very knowledgeable with the inventory and was able to help me find the pieces that I needed to curate my vision for multiple rooms in my home. I must say for any furniture needs in the future I’ll definitely will be back to Bob’s for their great array of varieties and trust me I’ve been to 5 different places that day I should’ve started at Bob’s!! We'd never been to Bob's before. They greeted us when we walked in and welcomed us to take our time looking at things, and to let them know if we needed any help. My husband and I both enjoyed that because we don't like the feeling that we're being watched or followed around a store. So that was awesome! When we found a couch we liked, we let our salesman know that we needed to sit on it for a while. My husband has back issues, so sometimes he doesn't know how a couch is going to feel until he's sat on it for at least an hour. Our salesman was so nice, he told us to just take all the time we needed. (I wish I could remember his name. Not sure if it was Justin or Jesse, but he had shoulder length, curly hair.) When we made our decision he helped us set everything up with delivery. It was very affordable compared to our last couch, so we paid for it in full. Two weeks later we got the new couch. The delivery team was fast and efficient, but my husband didn't like the way one guy was carrying the entire couch on his shoulder, letting it bounce up and down, while the other two delivery guys were just following behind. My husband was afraid that with the bouncing, the frame of the couch could get damaged. We did hear a little bit of creakiness when they set it down and moved it across the floor, but it seems fine now. We didn't get the white glove delivery, which is when they set everything up for you, along with taking the trash with them. It is BEST to get the white glove delivery because we found out the hard way that the drill bits my husband had did not work with the screws for the couch legs. We ended up having to set up a separate appointment the following week for someone to come out and put the legs on. All in all, the delivery people, and especially the assemblers and our salesman, were extremely nice! My husband loves the couch! I love it as well, but unfortunately I am super sensitive to any kind of new product smell, as well as new fabric that hasn't been washed or broken in. I recommend to anyone who has "couch dermatitis" to just find your favorite blanket and cover the couch before sitting on it. Also, open up the windows to air things out. I also used a lint brush and vacuumed the upholstery. After 2 days it was much better. I did contact customer service a few times, and they did offer a entire new couch as well as a credit, but it was fine. No need, but a very good offer. They were extremely nice, and they also sent me the information on what the couch was made of and how to clean it. All in all it was a really good experience with all the people that work for Bob's discount! The only nitpick we still have, is that both of us feel like there are pokey, little fibers that stick out of the multi-colored decorative pillows that we got with the couch, making them feel scratchy, but the other three pillows are fine. The two large fuzzy pillows we got are extremely soft and very comfortable. I might try a lint shaver on the multi-colored ones to see if that helps. If we lay on them, we just turn them backwards. No biggie.

Brandon was top notch very friendly and efficient. He kinda read my mind on the products I needed. Reggie the financial guy not so much. He didnt seem to care much about customer experience so much he wanted to shuffle the paperwork. Overall I would reccomend Bob's and im very happy with my purchase.
