I came into the store last Friday and was greeted by Laura I was looking for queen sized bed she showed me all the selections and after telling me about the beauty rest black plush. I asked if it was good for side sleepers like my self. She instantly sold me. Purchasing process was super smooth and ended up getting a pretty good deal overal Laura is one of the best sales people I’ve encountered. 5 stars experience.

Lauralynn took very good care of us. She greeted us at the door and stayed with us to the end. She answered every question we had and brought to our attention very many point I felt help us make the choice of bead that we wanted. As I walked into mattress I was heavenly greeted by LauraLynn . I was just looking around at first cause my mattress has a really big dip and my back is starting to kill me. I asked Laura what type of mattress does she recommend a tempurpedic and she gave me the best details about mattresses and knowledge I didn’t know about. She explained everything with a 100% effort and convinced me right away. Laura let me sit on one of the beds and showed me the reclining feature for my back which really helped. As a customer she welcomed me in as family and treated with me great respect and also helped me get around on my cane. She is one of the most experienced sales woman I ever met and was really happy with my purchase.
