Big Sandy Superstore

Came in looking for a table and had no clue what I even wanted. Chelsea made us feel right at home and helped us find the perfect table. Excellent customer service and she even followed up after the delivery just to make sure everything went smooth! Highly recommend asking for Chelsea after you say the normal “ we are just looking “ when you walk in the door.

Stopped in to buy a washer and dryer set and saw a couch we could see purchasing in the future. Stephanie made the future today! She got us such a great deal we couldn't pass it up. Not only did she make the price super affordable she was an absolute delight to deal with during the whole process. Quick, easy and fun! We adore her and will be asking for her for ALL of our future needs! Thank you for making our first Big Sandy experience a great one!

My husband and I were in need of a particular type of recliner for him due to his health restrictions. We worked with Chelsea who was beyond helpful. We found a recliner that would meet his needs. Chelsea researched Big Sandy’s inventory showing us several from which to choose and within a matter of 20/30 minutes we completed our purchase and we’re on our way.
