Tara Malone was absolutely outstanding to work with and made sure all of our needs were met. She did everything that she possibly could’ve to help our big family of 8 get the best deals. We would 1000% shop here again because of her and her alone. Furniture that we bought was gold standard and American manufactured. 10/10 customer service
View on GoogleWe purchased a refrigerator and a couch today. We worked with Trevor in appliances and Caleb in furniture. Both were amazing to work with and patient with my indecisiveness. Great experience. Highly recommend!!
View on GoogleGreat customer service!! Everyone is friendly and helpful. I love that they are close by to answer questions but give you space to look around as much as you would like. I am a returning customer and have bought several different items. Love the quality of their furniture!!
View on GoogleThank you for making things right. I truly appreciate you finally exchanging my purchase of the GE washer dryer combo. Cody was very nice and helpful. My new washer and dryer wasn't supposed to come until tomorrow and my stove the following Tuesday. All 3 were delivered today! I am truly thankful that this issue was resolved.
View on GoogleWe worked with Caleb and Cody and both were great! Very patient and completely explained everything! We’re excited to get our new furniture and appliances! Big Sandy in Chillicothe has been our go-to for years and will continue to be!
