I hate to do this , but I’m So very disappointed with the costumer service . I purchased over 10k worth of furniture back in December . Carlo’s the sales man was who helped us . At the time of delivery - the delivery personal was very unprofessional to the point of yelling over the phone at the store manger because of several items being damaged by the way they were assembled. Not to mentioned the damages they cause to my brand new home doors and floors . 4 months later I’m still waiting for a darn footboard and one barstool . You would think those items would’ve been delivered already, but no. A month ago I called to follow up - said they were at the storage but unknown the delivery date. Here I am still waiting for a call from them to update me on my last two items . Make sure you get all your items delivered and I damaged as it might take forever for them to get back at you . Also furniture already pealing because they delivered a used one.
