We bought a mattress about 2 years ago that we love! And today bought a new recliner sofa. It’s beautiful!! The people helping us in both sales and payment areas were knowledgeable, friendly and very kind. It was a great purchasing experience all around! Thank you!

This was by far my best furniture shopping experience. Unlike at other stores, I never felt pressured or like I was being followed around. I was able to browse comfortably, and when I spoke with Troy about the dimensions we were looking for, he immediately pointed us toward some great sectionals that would fit our new home perfectly. The process of finding our ideal couch was phenomenal, and we quickly narrowed it down to two options that felt exactly right. The level of customization they offer is amazing—we were able to tweak everything from the fabric (over 50 choices at no additional cost!) to the leg style, wood finish, side style, back style, and even the stitch type. I also really appreciated that Troy took the time to chat with me on a personal level rather than just focusing on the sale. That made me feel incredibly comfortable and cemented my decision to buy from BILTRITE right then and there. Anthony then stepped in to help us finalize the details, including picking out pillow styles and ottoman colors. Both Troy and Anthony were professional, easygoing, and fantastic to work with; I knew we were in good hands. We wrapped up the purchase with Kim, who was great. She gave us a clear rundown of what to expect on delivery day and double-checked that our order was absolutely correct. Between the great price and the excellent service, I know we are getting the perfect sectional and ottoman. I highly recommend BILTRITE to anyone looking for a high-quality product that will last for years. It feels great to support a local, family-owned company that offers extremely reasonable prices without any high-pressure sales tactics.

Biltrite is a family run business, 5 generations! If you feel that it is important to support local businesses and buying American, this IS the place to buy your furniture! We had a wonderful customer experience with Barry who really took care of my aging mother as she was purchasing a recliner for herself! Barry had heartfelt care and patience in helping my mother pick out the best recliner that suited her needs and abilities. My own family has purchased durable, American made furniture here in the past, and we are always happy to return to Biltrite as our needs arise. Biltrite furniture is always built right!

We have had an exceptional experience with BiltRite. Before we even purchased our dining room chairs, their team took the extra step to reinforce them for added durability and stability. That level of care and craftsmanship alone impressed us. What really earned our loyalty, though, was what happened 4 years later. When our dining room table needed reinforcement, they repaired and strengthened it at no charge. It's rare to find a business that stands behind their products and customers long after the sale, but they absolutely do. Outstanding customer service, quality workmanship, and genuine integrity. We highly recommend them and will absolutely continue purchasing from them in the future.

We can't say enough positive things about our recent experiences at Biltrite. Our salesperson, Troy, did an excellent job listening and understanding what we were looking for, and led us to a sofa w/chaise that we might not have otherwise considered. It was the one. It turned out beautifully. And a great American-made brand. We were so happy with our experience that we returned a month later, and again Troy helped us select a mattress set and nightstands for a guest room. Again, high quality, American made. They turned out perfect as well. I have to say that everyone we interacted with was great...Troy, Randi, Marty, and Jeanne (Joanne?) that finalized all the order details. Biltrite's service, quality and value are a huge asset to the greater Milwaukee area!
