I had looked up mattresses online and then I went to a nearby showroom to look at the mattress and see if it was the right firmness. The mattress I selected was right and the process to order was easy. I was able to pick the delivery day to fit my schedule and had it delivered a few days later. I made the bed up and decided that I was going to try it out as it was nap time. While it normally would take me a couple days to get used to the new mattress, what would normally be a 1 hour nap turned into a 2 hour nap. Not because it took long to get comfortable and fall asleep, but because the mattress was that comfortable right from the start and I was able to sleep that well on it.

We went in, tried dozens of beds, picked the one we like, ordered it right there and it was delivered less than 24 hrs later! We were the ONLY people in the store. :)

Very clean! It was nice to not have a salesman coming up and bothering us! Thought the computer system was very easy to use when we ordered our bed. Love the bed so far

Hello, I am glad information was included. The mattress I received was not as soft as the mattered at the showroom. I am a side sleeper and need a soft mattress. I hope it gets softer. Price is of no concern.

Delivery drivers left garbage out on the street from my new bed. Blocked my neighbors driveway. The reason for four stars is the BED is absolutely amazing!! If you have a bad back. Run and get a new beauty rest. That raises and lowers at an angle. Five different mattresses firmnesses to choose from. 1 the firmest five the softest, I got a 2. Absolutely amazing! And you can lay on each one to see what feels good to your liking
