Sleep Number

To be transparent, I have not received my bed yet. It's coming. But I came here today to talk about CAREY. I absolutely love her. From the moment my family walked in, I felt at ease. There was no pressure, no hassle. Just experience, education, & tips from someone that you can tell knows the business & has these beds in her home as well. My 5 year old asked if we can visit her after school tomorrow 🤣. This review is not about the bed, I will come back to talk about that. This is about the consultant. It's tough sometimes to like someone in sales - but we loved her. Please, if you are thinking of getting a new bed - just go & look. Talk to her. Give her your money. If the bed is as great as it seems, in 15 years when we want to upgrade, we will be back there to do this again with her. Carey is without question, the best person we have ever made a large purchase with, & we weren't even a little bit sad to do it because we believe everything that she said. Thank you again, Carey!

I just want to say that my experience with my purchase here is very quick and easy. Got to choose when I wanted my mattress and box spring delivered. The two guys that delivered everything were very professional and did a great job . A big thank you to Axel and Mario, great job guys!

Extremely poor experience here. Management needs to better train new employees. Over an hour wasted on two different trips because employee couldn’t do a simple exchange. Rolled her eyes and poor attitude because she couldn’t figure it out.

Carey at the Greenfield store was so professional. She took her time with me and made things work!

Our experience at the Greenfield Sleep number Store was great! Olivia, our sales representative was fantastic. She was knowledgeable and super friendly. She gave us all the information we needed and allowed us time to have a conversation and make a decision. I would highly recommend anyone buying a mattress to see Olivia!!
