Verlo Mattress

Less than a year ago, my husband and I bought a mattress from a big box store. We quickly learned why that was a mistake. Skipping ahead, we ended up at Verlo. From the start it felt different, Jamal educated us on sleeping habits, the different types and styles of beds. He then customized those questions to find out how we sleep to match us with the best mattress. Far different from those big box stores in the best way. On to today, the delivery of the mattress. Kevin and Aramis showed up and even in this heat were smiling, professional and friendly. They had that base and mattress set up incredibly fast. I was shown how to use the adjustable base, and they cleaned up the box and plastic bed wrap. Impressed doesn't even begin to explain how this whole experience feels. I am so grateful for this wonderful team of people that worked so hard. Thank you all!!

Our experience at Verlo in Greenfield was great. After spending weeks looking for a mattress, we had one picked out just 15 minutes after walking into Verlo. Even though it was 20 minutes prior to closing, Fred patiently walked us through everything and we were able to make an informed choice on our mattress and we LOVE IT! Darren & Zander made a flawless delivery and took time to explain the operation of our adjustable base after setting it up for us. Our Verlo mattress is Made in the USA, and I am proud to have supported a local business. Would HIGHLY recommend Verlo to anyone who wants great service, and a great product at a great price.

On June 29, 2026, my family had the best experience at the Verlo Greenfield location with Jamal! He patiently listened to my family’s very specific needs for a mattress. In fact, we needed a mattress made for an antique bedframe. Jamal had several options for how he could build us a great mattress. But because he was so knowledgeable & caring, he realized he had another really amazing option that wound up being the absolute perfect fit for us. We are so grateful that Jamal provided us not only with a superior product, but superior customer service! We also received a superior, fair price too! If you have any doubts about finding a quality mattress, look no further than Verlo. The customer service we received from Darren Brylow in the national store was unparalleled. Four years ago, my husband and I discovered Verlo when we were looking to replace all of our mattresses -- for us and for our three children. We purchased four mattresses from a local Verlo store in Peachtree City, Georgia. From that first night of amazing sleep, we could NOT be happier with our mattresses... or more well-rested! When our daughter recently moved to her first apartment after graduating from college last spring, she literally begged to take her Verlo mattress with her. (She loves her Verlo that much!) How could we tell her no? Good sleep is so important! When I went to purchase our fifth Verlo mattress to replace the one our daughter took to her apartment, I was so disappointed to learn that our local Verlo retailer had closed. I went to Verlo's website and saw that they operate something called the National Store out of Greenfield, Wisconsin. Darren in Customer Service took my call and promised me that Verlo could still deliver a quality mattress to our home... in a box... from the Verlo manufacturing site in Greenfield... via FedEx. I fully anticipated that the shipping cost on a 100-lb queen-size mattress would be astronomical and not at all an option for us financially. When Darren told me the current FedEx shipping cost would be $99, I was so happy. That shipping price was totally do-able! I was also a bit skeptical that the mattress would not *travel* well folded up in a box. Yet... within one week... thanks to Darren and his great customer service... our fifth Verlo mattress was delivered. The vacuum-sealed mattress unfurled without a hitch. And I promise you... it is just as comfortable as each of our other mattresses! But what made this purchasing experience so stellar was Darren Brylow's excellent customer support. He promised quality, and he delivered it! If you are at all concerned about ordering a Verlo mattress to be shipped in a FedEx box from the National Store? Don't. Worry. For. One. Second. Verlo delivers!

I had an 11 year old verlo mattress refurbished by the Greenfield store. Excellent customer service, and communication from service manager Scott to customer service in their Grafton and Greenfield stores to the professional delivery men. My mattress refurbish turned out Excellent and it's like a new mattress for less than 1/2 the cost of a new mattress. Thank you to the Verlo staff for a positive customer experience.
