Bob’s Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

I had an amazing experience at Bob’s I went there twice in one week looking for a couch on one of the days Kayla helped me and she was amazing and had answered all questions that I needed unfortunately, I did not find a couch that I liked that day. I went back again and ended up in the outlet area and noticed some pieces to a couch look like it was a singular couch just in separate spots in the building. Scott went over and beyond to help me assemble this couch to get a full vision of what it look like and even went as far as to show me how all the pieces have different things that it does he was very attentive, and I truly appreciate his help.

Everyone in the store was really friendly. But I was glad I got Snow. She was wonderful, knowledgeable and showed me all the opinions that aligned with what I was looking for. She was helpful with the financing aspect without being pushy. Thank you Snow.

We had an amazing experience with Snow, our salesperson at Bob’s in Greenfield. We were totally unsure of what we wanted and came in for a dresser then started looking at sectionals and she pivoted and was super helpful and let us to purchasing an amazing sectional. She found the perfect balance between being helpful and attentive without being at all pushy. She was extremely knowledgeable with all the special features of all the pieces we looked at, and patient as we returned a second day to figure out the best fit for our space. She was upfront and honest about shipping and scheduling and we just really appreciated her as a whole.

Katie was so patient and understanding about my concerns. She helped us choose the best options for our lifestyles. She gave us space when needed but was right there when called upon. We will most definitely be shopping with her again! Thank you Katie for your time and expertise. Everything worked out as pictured! (Still putting the basement together 🙂).

NOT HAPPY. We were looking at a couch that pulled out into like a day bed which we really liked. An associate named Bri was helping us and answering any questions we had. We then went to the discount section and saw 2 couches that looked similar, the associate Bri told us that it was the same thing, that these discount couches pulled out until the day bed. We didn’t think to test it since she said that. We decided to buy the discount couch and she checked us out. We picked it up today and the couch does NOT pull out at all, it is just a storage area underneath. Very upset and not what we wanted.
