Bob’s Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

I just bought my first house and I came here to buy my loving room set. The experience was cool my boy got free ice cream and I got free coffee and we walked around sitting on different sets and I settled on the tuxedo powered reclining sofa. The staff there was really helpful. I would have given 5 stars but I had to wait about a week and a half for my set. The thing that impressed me the most was the customer service and their attention and flexibility to my needs and they delivered my sofa and assembled it quickly and professionally. I would definitely recommend this store ifnyou want a good experience at a fair price

Sara (I think that was her name) was superb. I went in thinking I'd just browse and hope to find what I was looking for, but she helped me zone in on exactly what I was looking for to fulfill my design plan I had already. She was great to work and talk to. I went in to find a recliner and left with a chair and dining set I didn't know I needed until I saw it!

I like how they offer options on how to build your furniture set. You can pick and choose individual pieces for your set and even mix colors of the set if you want. Lots of options to choose from. I really like that on the back of the display pictures, for each set, you'll find prices for each piece of furniture so you have a good idea of how much it's going to cost for individual pieces or to build a set to your liking. Our salesman was super helpful. I like the flexible payment options too.

We went to multiple store looking to find a nice looking quality sectional but made multiple laps around the stores without finding exactly what we wanted. We weren't necessarily worried about price other than the fact that we didn't want to spend 8k on a couch. We felt like we were settling for one at another store and thought let's go one more place and Bob's was the last stop. We walked in and we were greeted with a big smile by a sales associate named Sackie, he was very helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. We made half a lap around and instantly fell in love with a sectional that we didnt feel like we were settling on and the best part was it was 2k less than what we were going to get at the other store!!! Sackie was an awesome guy and so was Mike the sales manager. I would highly recommend stopping here if you are looking for anything furniture and make sure to ask for Sackie. Thanks again and we will be back!

Sackie was wonderful to work with! He gave us time to make our decision without any pressure at all! We are so happy with our purchase! The delivery was on time and the men that delivered it were so helpful and friendly! We will definitely purchase from Bob’s again!!!
