I enjoyed the hospitality I received from Bob’s furniture Store. They had a recession bar with drink-snacks. Christian, Made me feel welcome. Her Drive was out of this world! She listened, showed concern & enthusiasm. She was very kind, nice and patient. She made sure I did not leave until I was satisfied.
View on GoogleMy issue isn’t really with this location, our salesperson was great and the shopping experience was fine. The issue was everything that came after. First, our delivery was rescheduled multiple times. The driver said they were here and couldn’t find us when they were actually well over a mile away, it took almost an hour for them to actually get here and they seemingly did not know how to use GPS. Then when we got our couch, both arm pieces were broken. We then were told they would deliver new arm pieces but that it would be a month. We asked off for the day, only for them to again change it multiple times (though we did receive it earlier than expected this time, not later). Again, one of the pieces was broken but in a different place (it has a charger port, which did not and does not work). We let them know and were told that they would get back to us, which they never did. It has been almost but not quite eight months and already one of the seats has broken completely with a spring hanging out the bottom, so we can’t sit in that spot. Absolutely trash furniture. We thought we were upgrading from IKEA (which cost half of what this couch did), but it was a significant downgrade. Looks like we will be going back to IKEA for now, extremely disappointing.
View on GoogleI went to the Wauwatosa location and worked with Brandon as my salesman. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and so pleasant to deal with. The first time I walked in, he just took me around the store to show me what I asked about. I asked for his card and would be back with my husband for his choice. Brandon again was great to work with.
View on GoogleWe loved our salesman (DeShawn) at the Wauwatosa location. My son picked out a very nice mattress and base which we ordered. I am only giving two stars due to the complete disaster the delivery guys caused. Firstly, $300 is astronomical for the delivery of a Queen mattress and foundation. Second, I was given a three hour window for delivery. I finally had to call the main number to inquire about the delivery because it was then already one hour after the window was closed and they had not contacted me at all about the delay. They finally called me about an hour after that to tell me they could not deliver to my house due to a sign at the end of the street prohibiting large trucks from entering. THERE IS NO SUCH SIGN anywhere near my neighborhood! I explained that they must be in the wrong area. After that, they no call and no showed. I had to cancel my order, unfortunately, after waiting all day long for them to not show up. It’s too bad because my son is disappointed and this will surely result in our salesman not getting his commission on the purchase.
View on GoogleKristin the sales person at Wauwatosa store assured us the couch we bought needed two plug-ins. Delivery people put everything together and told us it took 3. Can’t talk to the store. Only customer service. Said all they could do is take the couch back. We had already sold our other couch and cleared the living room. No other options. Bad customer service and sales person guessed at answers during the entire shopping experience
