Bob’s Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

I ordered the sierra and the aspen from bobs! I went into the store and then ordered online after sitting in each one lol. I will say they are beautiful but the aspen was wayyy too big for my living room! So I asked for pick up/exchange to the throwback from customer service they scheduled it for 12/22. When the delivery arrived they said no only drop off at first for the new couch When I had it emailed stating it would be both. So after talking with customer service they told me they could only reschedule it but the delivery drivers Elvis & Andres were so helpful! They were able to take my sofa back since this was the second time they have been to my house! 10 stars for them!!! So now I have my new couch

Leanna was great from the beginning! It took us quite awhile to find the right living room set that we'd all want to enjoy. She was super helpful and patient as we went back n forth on what we wanted. We only had our furniture for a month and ran into an issue. Customer Service was helpful but going into the store directly, I had even better service speaking face to face with Leanna and her manager Josh. Josh was able to help make sure we were satisfied customers! I had a great experience, everyone was super helpful and didn't put any type of pressure on us. I would definitely recommend going to the Racine store location. 🙂

I went in knowing what I wanted to look at and Leanna took me directly over to the couch. She was knowledgeable on the features, spoke to me about the warranty and delivery options but was not pushy or Mae me feel like I had to pick any of the options. Her manager Josh reviewed the order and gave me more details about delivery windows and we selected the one that best aligned with my move. It was a very easy and hassle free shopping experience

We had the pleasure of working with Alicia. She was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. She wasn’t pushy or over aggressive. We would definitely work with her again for any home furnishing needs. We give her two thumbs up for sure 👍👍.
