The shopping experience here was amazing. Thomas was wonderful and gave us space to make decisions for us. Everything was extremely expained in detail and they spent time going through everything with us. The warranty program is really great. Definitely going to buy from here again. Our purchase came on time but unfortunately we noticed it needed to be replaced due to it being damaged upon delivery. They took extra time with us after that to make sure that the right department called me right then to reschedule the replacement. They were very professional and very understanding. Looking forward to getting our replacement next week!

When I walked through the door; Michelle greeted my mom and I instantly. I loved her beautiful hair and her joyfully nature in helping me find the right recliners for us. Michelle helped us to make the right choice when it came to the recliners. Michelle is a Jewel!

Michelle was so great!!! She had great knowledge of the reclining sectional sofas. Answered all of our questions and was very attentive. So friendly and down to earth. She deserves a raise!

We've had the Brynn sectional for about 2 weeks now, and it has been great! We picked it out specifically for its size and level of firmness. Everyone in the family has already fallen asleep on it multiple times because it is so comfortable! We were greeted by Jessica immediately upon entering the store, and she was very friendly. She answered all of our questions and helped us take measurements to make sure the pieces would fit our space. She was not pushy at all, and gave us plenty of time to browse, but was available when we were ready. Unfortunately, delivery was 3 weeks out, but what can you do. When the day did come, the delivery guys were efficient and careful with our doorframe and walls. We chose to put the sectional together ourselves thinking that it shouldn't be too bad screwing the legs on. Little did we know, there were no holes on the bottom of the sectional at all, so we had to drill each hole in. It ended up taking us hours! We did call the hotline to ask about it, and they just told us to drill the holes into the bottom of the sectional. So I'm not sure if that's how couches are commonly made or whether we got a faulty couch. Regardless, now that everything is said and done, we love our new sectional.
