My wife and I recently purchased a bed from the Sleep Number store in Folsom, and the entire experience from showroom to delivery was outstanding. Our salesperson, Raine, was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the process. Raine did a fantastic job of comparing all the different bed styles and explaining the various options available to us. We never felt rushed or overwhelmed. Raine was extremely thorough in breaking down how the technology works and what would best suit our needs. Most importantly, there was absolutely no pressure to buy, which made for a very comfortable and low-stress shopping environment. The professionalism continued with the delivery and installation. The delivery went smoothly, and the crew who set up the bed did a great job. They were efficient, respectful of our home, and made sure everything was functioning perfectly before they left. Since the setup, the results have been life-changing. We are having much better sleep now with this new bed. Had a great experience at the Folsom store. Mike was extremely helpful, trying different beds, explaining differences, and ultimately identifying the bed we purchased. Although it took a few days to get used to the bed, we are sleeping better and very pleased with our purchase.
