I love Bobs discount furniture! Every room of my house is filled with their furniture. Not only is their furniture beautiful and well made but they have the best customer service. Florencia from Bobs in Glendale was the best and helped us tremendously! We were looking for a few items but didn’t know which would fit in the small spaces In our home. She looked up the sizes of every dining set and recliner for us until we found the perfect ones! She even followed up with us and made sure we got the delivery date which was perfect for our schedule.

Andrea not only gave me the space I needed to look in the store without pressure, but assured me she was always nearby to help with any questions or concerns She was extremely knowledgeable about the entire couch selections at the store and once I gave her the dimensions and the firmness I was looking for, she showed me choices and never pressured me into getting anything I didn’t want The couch came today, not a single issue and fits perfectly. If you need help finding anything at Bobs in Glendale, please request Andrea, u will NOT be disappointed
View on GoogleI don’t usually leave reviews, but if I could give more than 10 stars for the service, assistance, and delivery recommendation—especially since the piece was on display in the showroom—I would do so. From the moment Bobby, the assistant manager, picked up my call and answered all my questions, to the excellent in-person support, I was thoroughly impressed. I do wish they offered home delivery for showroom items, but everything worked out in the end. Either way, Bobby went above and beyond, and it truly made a difference. What a wonderful guy! Thank you so much for helping me with my first (and now favorite) piece of furniture from Bob’s. I absolutely love it and highly recommend visiting the Glendale, NY location. Many thanks.
View on GoogleWhen I first walked into the store, I honestly thought I was only going to look around. I met Victor during that first visit and told him exactly what I needed. He was great, and our interaction was very positive. When I finally made my decision, I contacted the store and one of the managers was extremely sweet and helpful. We decided to go back in person to make sure the couch was truly the one we wanted, and that’s when we met Danielle. She was amazing! She took her time with us, answered all of our (many) questions, and even stayed after hours to help us complete the purchase. She made sure we understood all our options, helped us identify our needs and wants, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Everyone we dealt with was kind, patient, and welcoming—including the manager on duty. Thank you all! My wife and I are very happy with our new couch, and we can’t wait for it to be delivered!

He was patient, professional, and never rushed me. He let me take my time walking around the store and exploring all the options, which I really appreciated. Thanks to his help, I found a beautiful sectional that fits my family perfectly. This was my first time shopping here, and it truly exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location!
