Hands down one of the best customer service I’ve dealt with in any business. I dealt with Esteban and Chris over the phone placing an order and they were great getting me my recliner was quickly as they can and went out of their way to help me. Also the staffs in Piscataway were very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend shopping at Bobs again. I needed a small recliner for my son and this is the perfect size for him. Very comfortable and space saving.

I had a wonderful experience with Bob’s Discount Furniture. The store staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. They helped me choose the perfect furniture for my home and made the whole process very easy. The prices were great and the quality of the furniture was better than I expected. What impressed me the most was the delivery service. The delivery team arrived on time, handled the furniture very carefully, and set everything up nicely. They were polite, quick, and very professional. Overall, I’m extremely happy with my purchase and the excellent customer service from both the store team and the delivery team. I would definitely recommend Bob’s Discount Furniture to anyone looking for beautiful furniture at a great price! I wish they had a more thn 5 starts option to give… can’t wait to go back and get more furniture from you guys ❤️❤️❤️

Yes , Jay with the long dreads was professional and courteous. At the entrance location when you first walk in he was the only one who had enthusiasm to help us I guess because we were dress down and young. To the other sales ppl don’t judge a book by its cover you never know who has money.
