Bob’s Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

It was a pleasure doing business at Bob's. Tamika the sales associate spoke to me as I walked by her counter even though she was busy with a customer. Jessica saw me and I noticed Tamika gestured her. Jessica said that she was the manager and would assist me until Tamika finished. Jessica's expertise was greatly appreciated especially since I was looking for a file cabinet that did not look like one. Amazing to find someone like her that had vision. When Tamika finished working with her customer Jessica spoke to her. Tamika asked if she could help me. I showed her the piece that I was looking at and had decided to purchase two of it. Tamika was professional and very polite. She told me about the service and insurance that was offered. She told me about delivery and the hands on care of the delivery personnel. Tamika explained your policy etc. What a lovely experience. I was impressed how well the three of us worked together. The team work was very impressive. It was my first time to ever purchase from Bob, as well as, being that it was my first time in the store, I felt right at home.

I would give Bob's Discount 4 stars, but I'm giving them 3 stars because of their horrible delivery availability. I intended to purchase a new sofa while I was on vacation this week (11 days total) and I will not get to enjoy my new sofa until after my vacation is done. In fact, I have to see if I can call in late to work just so I can accept the delivery of my new sofa. A whole week and no delivery availability is appalling Bob! I will give Bob's Discount a great review for their prices. When I tell you, I went to Ashley Furniture store in this same complex, and I could not get out of their store fast enough! I'll be posting my review on their store too! But Ashley Furniture store prices are RIDICULOUSLY OVERPRICED!! I asked in both stores if they had any sales going on for the Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday and the Ashley rep did not provide any concrete sales or specials going on. He just kept saying I can give you a deal on this or that. Being in Ashley Furniture made me feel like there was going to be a ton of haggling involved and I'm not about that life. I want a clear price, mo gimmicks or games, and that's that! And with how exorbitant Ashley prices are, after you haggle the price down, are you really getting a deal? NOPE! Even the quality of their furniture is not on the same level as Bob's Discount. Now the Bob's Discount rep stated they didn't have any specials either, but he said it's in their store name, every day is a discount with no sales needed. And prior to go shopping, I already knew this about Bob's Discount because of the research I had already been doing. If I can get my delivery before I return to work, I'll increase my review to 4 stars, but until then- it's giving 3 stars!

My experience at this store was a delight. Sales Associate Amaury was attentive to detail and provided valuable information and guidance as I worked through selecting the furniture pieces that best fit my needs, style, and preferences. The entire staff was focused, knowledgeable, and informative without being overbearing, which made the decision-making process much easier and more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Bob's Discount Furniture for affordable furniture, but more specifically this location because of the personable and customer-focused service I received. Their professionalism and willingness to help made for an excellent shopping experience.

We received excellent service and looked at many different options. Our sales person Michael wasn’t afraid to quickly show us how each sofa bed converted. We felt no pressure to buy anything on the spot and left feeling knowledgeable about what we viewed and pretty sure we were going to buy something within a day or so. So happy we went in person instead of just shopping online.

Experience was great! Loved my salesperson Ramon. He was extremely knowledgeable, and gave great tips to enable my son to choose his bed and mattress, all while providing him space to do so. Ramon did not hover or push, rather he included and made my son comfortable , confident and secure in his decision. Ramon was also hilarious, which we both enjoyed. Made our time there fun!
