When I walked in I was greeted by Ian and was left to look around without the feeling of being pressured. When I needed help or advice he was there but didn’t make me feel like he was trying to pressure me or force me to buy anything. Because of this I was able to find 4 pieces I loved and actually spent more $$ than I originally planned to (I had items I picked out online but went to the store to make sure I liked them in person and found 2 chairs I liked more plus a rug to tie everything together).

My husband and I decided to Google some furniture stores to go couch shopping and this was our first stop. Matthew was AWESOME! Introduced himself and while he didn't follow us or hound us, he always seemed to be there when we did need him. Since it was our first stop, we mentioned we wanted to look at other stores and he said he completely understood and actually made sure we knew what other furniture stores were in Lansing to look at with zero opinion on them. After a few hours of checking them out, we came back and still made the purchase of our new couch with him. The 5-year plan protection was a huge deal seller for us too having children and pets, plus the quality of the furniture, pricing and great customer service, we are confident we will be return customers. We've been sharing with a lot of family and friends about the great deals, 5-year protection plan and experience encouraging them to go check it out as well! We had a great experience in store with Shayan- he kept up wonderful communication during the sale (as it took us a couple days to line things up). The pickup and loading process was a breeze. We got a beautiful, leather couch and loveseat recliner-set for a great price!! All around happy customer.

First time in the store, very professional and not pushy. Nice selection of furniture at decent prices. The delivery took place two days later and everything went great. You get a tracking on your phone of the ETA of the delivery so you don't have to sit home all day!

I walked in on Saturday and they were extremely busy. A nice young Man named Matt, politely excused himself from another customer and came over and said that he wanted to acknowledge that I was there, but he was with another customer and he would be with me as soon as possible. I thought that was very nice of them to do. Ian, who helped me the first time I went in there two years ago remember remembered me and came up and was an excellent help once again. I am extremely pleased with this location and their associates.
