Michael kindly greeted us and asked if he could help or direct us. I love the fact that he wasn’t push and gave us space. Yet, he did check in on us. Michael is super nice, friendly and very knowledgeable. I really appreciate all his help. So much so that I purchased my mom a living room set and a beautiful daybed with a trundle for my daughter. It’s been rough to say the least because my mom is battling cancer. Michael made everything so easy from start to finish! That was my first time in there and I’m so glad that I didn’t go to Gardner White first. I highly recommend Michael and Bob’s!! First pic is style, second is color & third is an AWESOME recliner that she/we fell in love with😊

The manager oversaw everything to ensure all the i’s were dotted and t’s were crossed. If you go to Bob’s in Ann Arbor make sure to work with DeeDee. I promise you won’t be sorry.

Now I’ll have peace of mind when moving into my new house that I’ll have a bed/mattress to sleep on. I appreciate how quick and smooth the ordering was. All at a great price!
View on GoogleMy salesperson, Jeff, was outstanding. Met me when I arrived, I told him what I was shopping for, he showed me several options and helped me decide which was best for my needs. His manager also took the time to go over the bill with me and was as pleasant as Jeff. I was buying a chair and soon I will need to buy a bed and I had planned on going someplace else for that, a store that specifically deals in beds, but I was given such good service that now I will be going back to Bob’s for that purchase too.
