Bob's Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

We went to to Bob's in Livonia on Middlebelt where we were helped by Curtis. We needed Counter height stools for today but they unfortunately did not have any to take home same day on Christmas Eve. Curtis was extremely nice and helpful and sent us to the novi outlet to find what we needed. We did not leave Novi empty handed! We walked out with 2 counter height stools 1/2 price from the damaged section. They're perfect. Saad was great he helped us pay and showed us some other items. Even the guys hauling around our furniture were extremely helpful. From Livonia to Novi such great service im so glad we stopped in for the first time and made the trip out to the other store! We are already planning the next trip for our bedroom set. Thank you guys so much. Great service and we love our furniture!

I have never had a shopping experience at a furniture store, like I did this weekend. I never felt pressured to buy or “sign on the dotted line”. I didn’t feel like I couldn’t just walk around and look at stuff without being approached by every employee that worked there - they were very open to just letting you look and be there to answer questions. James helped us out and he was FANTASTIC!! If I ever see him on the street, I’m giving him a high five! He was attentive and answered all of our questions with honesty, which is highly appreciated! He also told us a little bit more about Bob and Bob’s as a whole, and I really valued him and his suggestions/feedback! When we come back, we will look for James!

Great store! My wife and I came in looking for a couch, but both of us were impressed by the wide variety of products on the show floor. Vontae was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process, showing us the features of the couch we were interested, answering our many questions, and helping us with financing. The couch was delivered two days ago and we cannot get enough of it! Very pleased with the quality and the price. We are sorting through some issues with missing pieces that the delivery people did not provide, but Vontae and the customer service team have been helpful. Will definitely be returning for future furniture purchases!

Bought a bedroom set here for my Daughter’s Bedroom and the drawer fell apart underneath the bed within two months. Contacted Bobs furniture for repairs and a representative came out to inspect and take more pictures. No repairs were made and now the repair ticket says it is closed. Spend the extra somewhere else’s and do not do business with this company as the after sales support is terrible. It was a complete waste of time and money purchasing from Bob’s discount furniture!

I really loved there was both a gentleman and lady near the front… as I engaged with Brenda, she was extremely patient with me!! I knew what I was looking for and I did ask my questions like “do you have anything similar to this style I am interested in.” And she showed me, the a few different but similar styles. I still went with I originally wanted. {[Dream Shell 131'' 5 Piece Modular Sectional with 2 Armless Chairs, 2 Corners, 1 Ottoman]} super comfy… I do recommend anyone getting furniture to make sure you get the protection plan as well!! Especially if you have little ones. Brenda made sure I was happy with the couch and I am… one week I will have it and I am excited. I will be back for more. Thanks again Brenda 10/10
