Bob’s Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

I had a very pleasant experience at Bob’s! Warm greeting soon as I walked through the door… was informed of the sales on the merchandise and was directed into the area I was looking for… pleasant young lady advised me of the products in the show room and patiently waited until I made a selection and helped me get everything done in a timely manner… advised me of the pickup process and we exchanged pleasant good nights and I left.

I love Bob's Discount Furniture, Dedham. John Martin was our guest specialist and he is a wonderful person. Very easy going, very patient, very knowledgeable and very honest. He helped us with living room and bedroom furniture and I am very happy about my purchase. The Store Manager Stephen helped us getting our furniture directly to our place along with white gloves services which is super helpful and convenient. They have a wonderful team at Dedham. I highly recommend Bob's furniture for amazing style, wonderful customer service and great price for all their products.

We had an amazing experience at Bob’s Furniture thanks to Rocky. We walked in, explained what we wanted in just a few words, and he immediately knew exactly where to take us. He was very patient, friendly, and made the whole process smooth. Most importantly, my mom is highly satisfied. Top-tier customer service. Highly recommend asking for Rocky!

I have been dealing with Chris Russo for years and Chris is a great sales person. He cares about people he goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable with your purchases and as a consumer, that's what we need and the management team over. There is excellent as well I choose bombs all the time for my furniture needs. I've purchased a California king bed complete with the super sturdy bedframe. I guess yesterday's purchase was a twin bed for my toddler transitioning her she's three to a twin bed from a toddler bag I purchased recliner. I'm pretty sure as my needs arise. I'll be purchasing much more.

Chris from Dedham Bob’s was so professional, courteous and patiently showed us different options on choosing our first Recliner Sofa and helped us buy one. Entire process was so customer friendly. Thanks to Stephen also who made us feel so comfortable and ensured the sale was customer friendly. Great team !!!
