Bob's Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

The salesperson wasn't very attentive when we needed, but it was manageable; they walked too far from us when taking us to different places inside the store. I took advantage of the discounts on the decorative items and we bought a nice bed, mattress, and armchair. I asked for a free cushion for the armchair given we were spending over $2k, but I didn't get one, so I paid for it ($16.99). There was a time when my husband told the salesperson: “this item is damaged…” and before he could finish his sentence, the salesperson said: “I already gave you many discounts.” So, my husband said: “I was going to ask you if there’s another one to replace this. Please don’t assume what I’m going to ask.” Other than that. The delivery service is terrible. They arrived at my house extremely late and didn't knock or call beforehand to let me know they were coming. They claim they waited 15 minutes in front of the house, but the missed calls show three incomplete calls. And they left without delivering or assembling the furniture; they didn't even have the decency to knock. Rescheduling the delivery is slow, and the customer service is hostile.

We received very warm greetings as soon as we step into the door, the stuff are well managed and trained. The sales man understands customer needs perfectly and immediately found the right product. His price is very honest and reasonable. We were very satisfied with the efficiency of the work flow and professional service from this store. Strongly recommend consumer work with this site for their furniture hunting.

I had a great experience from the second I walked in. Zouhair approached me in a nice calm manner. I am very picky and he took his time showing me different sectionals that would work for me. He even went as far as taking some apart and rearranged them so I can get a real feel for what I was buying. He also didn’t try to upsell me or push me towards a product. He let me take my time and even make phone calls to get my friend’s opinions and he never hovered, but kept it comfortable distance. I appreciate a salesman like that because of this experience, I will keep coming back to Bobs. I recommend him to anyone looking to purchase furniture. He was very knowledgeable and seemed experienced even offered me refreshments while he rang me up, which was very nice. 10/10 service. Thanks Zouhair!
