This was hands down the best furniture shopping experience I have ever had. Jared, Jeremy, and Anna were such amazing staff. The store is beautiful, clean, organized, and even has a place for snacks and coffee/ water! Jared was AWESOME! I cannot give enough shout outs to him. He was patient, excellent at finding exactly what I was looking for, and was never pushy or “salesman-like” where you feel like someone is forcing you or pressuring to buy something. He answered every single one of my 1000 questions with ease and the patience of a saint. He was fun to work with, personable, and so knowledgeable about the entire process (I had to furnish an entire condo!). Jared made the furniture shopping easy and actually fun. He helped me pick out styles and colors and told me things he had purchased himself and liked as well. The white glove delivery service is AMAZING and totally worth every cent! Luis and his crew were professional, patient, efficient and took time to move the furniture around where I wanted it. They assemble everything and take alllllll the trash away! And they clean up afterwards! I give Jared and everyone at the Burlington location a million stars and thumbs up. Thank you so much! My condo looks gorgeous!

The Burlington, MA branch is the best Bob's I've been to 👏🏽 My husband and I just moved to a new place, and after a bad experience with Ashley we decided to try Bob's for couches since it had been recommended by some friends. IN STORE: We visited this branch a few times to shortlist modular sectionals and make sure that we had all the correct measurements. Tim was super friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and willing to explain options within our budget and preferences. We also appreciated how upfront he was about the sofas that would take several weeks, and he helped us find something that would get to us way sooner (3 days!!!) (Also, thank you to the kind lady who greeted us but was not pushy in the slightest!) CUSTOMIZING THE SECTIONAL: Tim even took the time to use the customization tool on the website to help us build a configuration that would fit in our living room AND work with our narrow doors + staircase that has a 180° turn at the top. EXTRA HELP: Tim told us we could text if we needed more help & was responsive when we were trying to finalize the details. He called and assured us that if anything didn't fit, we could send it back without an extra fee (unlike with Ashley), get a refund, and look for something else. He double-checked the measurements for us, spoke to his delivery team, and let us know which of the options would definitively fit into our place. ORDERING: Everything went smoothly when we went back to the store to put in the couch order. The manager, Ken, also came by to go over everything & he was a pleasure to speak with! DELIVERY: The delivery went quite smoothly! A day ahead of time, we were given a 3-hour window, which was accurate—we were told 8–11 AM, and they arrived ~8:40 and were done by ~9:30. The three guys were friendly and did an amazing job! My husband and I were so relieved the sectional fit into our place. It looks wonderful and is SO comfy! We got the Playlist Max in Spa Blue (it looks grey in the picture because of my crappy camera, but it's not). Thank you so much! 😄
View on GoogleGreat selection; they had more pieces that we liked than Jordan's did. Julia was excellently helpful. The sectional pieces first delivered did not fit together correctly -- apparently one was mis-manufactured -- but Julia went beyond just sales help, to arrange a swap for new items. Deliverer Alexander was good!
View on GoogleJessica at Bob’s Discount Furniture was absolutely amazing and helped me find my perfect couch. I wanted something deep deep, comfortable , and a certain texture PLUS I initially wanted it in green wouldn’t say it was an easy task, but Jessica was incredibly patient and pointed me to the right direction. She was easy to contact whenever I had questions and never made me feel pressured to make a decision. I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely return to work with Jessica for my future furniture needs.
