Honestly, I had been investigating a certain kind of couch I wanted. One with a chaise lounge and storage. When I saw this store I went in on the fly. I wasn’t expecting to purchase or find anything in addition to what I already had seen. Well, turned out, they have a huge selection of this type of couch, in many different options and colors. I bought it on site. That and two end tables and a coffee table. I would have bought floor lamps but didn’t see much variety. The sales person was so great and patient with me. I wish I remembered his name…. Anyway, my stuff is being delivered in a few days and I got exactly what I was looking for and even more options. And I want to add that my new bank card I had wouldn’t allow the purchase for limit reasons. The sales person was so patient while I called the bank etc. I ended up using their zero percent financing instead just to make it happen. Awesome experience. Great store!

They took the time to answer all of my questions and helped me find the right power lift chair for my elderly mother. What I appreciated most was that there was absolutely no pressure or hard selling. They listened to my needs, provided helpful information, and let me make my decision comfortably. I purchased a power lift chair and can't wait for it to arrive. This was such a positive shopping experience that I'll definitely be back for more furniture in the future. Highly recommend!

The salesperson (Joshua) was very helpful. He explained what to look for on the display signs and was quick to find out when items could be delivered. The manager also talked with us and even remembered me from the last time I was there. Good prices and lots to choose from. Thank you!

She gave us an extremely helpful overview of how to read the information on each piece of furniture, how we could customize items, and explained the color options before letting us explore. It was so nice to be greeted so warmly, and I’m really glad she took the time to explain everything since we’re rookies when it comes to furniture shopping. When we showed interest in a couch, Bookie came over and demonstrated how it turned into a sleeper sofa, which ultimately sold us! She again gave us time to discuss, which I really appreciated. Bookie didn’t hover or pressure us into making a decision. She was kind, patient, and respectful, which I truly appreciated and which Bob’s Discount Furniture in Maple Grove, MN should value. She went through all the details of the protection plan and helped us complete our purchase. She also clearly and patiently explained the delivery and setup options. Her supervisor, Kevin, was also very kind and personable. He was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We were in and out in about 30 minutes! We also came in about an hour before closing, and they were still so kind—they didn’t rush us at all and were just genuinely pleasant. We originally went because a coworker recommended Bob’s Discount Furniture for the prices, but now I’ll be recommending them for both the great prices and the outstanding customer service—the kindness, patience, and overall fantastic experience. Bukola and Kevin should be highly valued by Bob’s Discount Furniture in Maple Grove, MN. We will definitely be returning for all our furniture needs in the future. It seemed like she knew every piece of furniture on the floor and when I asked for something very specific, she took me right to the options that could work for my space. Diane doesn’t push to sell anything, she is funny and patient and very professional. I couldn’t have been more impressed. We purchased a sofa and looking forward to delivery!
