The Original Mattress Factory

Went out of our way to place our order in store instead of online for pickup so someone would get commission. I will never do that again as Jenny was extremely rude. As she was in the process of ringing up our expensive purchase, I had to ask her to stop being mean? To her credit she did but she did not apologize. I like that OMF sells flippable mattresses but I will shop at a different location next time.

Had a great first time with OMF! I think we will be very happy with our purchase!

Scott was very welcoming and knowledgeable. The whole process was seamless and the live updates on delivery was the cherry on top! Would purchase from OMF again.

Scott was very helpful. I knew what type of bed I wanted and The Original Mattress Factory was able to meet my needs. I really like the fact that my new mattress and box springs are being made locally by local craftsmen.

BUYER BEWARE! We have purchased 3 different mattress sets in the past. Would go there again right up until they pulled a total SCAM on my father. My elderly Father purchased a Mattress, Bed frame and Headboard from Original Mattress Factory. The installers insisted he needed an adapter kit. It was purchased but then it wasn't needed at all. They won't refund the unopened package. Some BS about a Donation Policy.
