Went out of our way to place our order in store instead of online for pickup so someone would get commission. I will never do that again as Jenny was extremely rude. As she was in the process of ringing up our expensive purchase, I had to ask her to stop being mean? To her credit she did but she did not apologize. I like that OMF sells flippable mattresses but I will shop at a different location next time.

View on GoogleBUYER BEWARE! We have purchased 3 different mattress sets in the past. Would go there again right up until they pulled a total SCAM on my father. My elderly Father purchased a Mattress, Bed frame and Headboard from Original Mattress Factory. The installers insisted he needed an adapter kit. It was purchased but then it wasn't needed at all. They won't refund the unopened package. Some BS about a Donation Policy.
