Bob's Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

We recently purchased two king bedroom sets for our vacation lake house. We worked with Maggie again, and as usual, she was FANTASTIC!! She is always very knowledgeable, helpful without being annoying and overall super sweet! We worked with Maggie back in November when we bought a dining room set for my daughter for Christmas. I also worked with Maggie back in 2021 when I had purchased a different king bedroom set. Every time, she has been wonderful. All of the furniture that I have purchased from Bob's has been amazing. The white glove service is so nice to have! Everyone has always been very professional, clean and knowledgeable. We will definitely continue to shop at Bob's!

We got our furniture delivered today and we could not be happier! We worked with Maggie to pick out our couch and she was amazing! She actually gave us space and time yo look for what we wanted and was close by for any questions we had. Not pushy in any way and I really love that in a sales associate! She also helped us find a couch in the exact color we were looking for and educated us on the entire process. The prices were also amazing! We looked at so many furniture stores and the prices were outrageous. Overall, very happy!

the staff (specifically Jordyn) was extremely helpful and didn’t seem too pushy or anything. they allowed us time to look at stuff and was extremely helpful with any questions we had! they also supplied us with the resources so that we could find the best deals along with finding a perfect time for delivery on the items we chose. we will be recommending bobs to everyone moving forward!! also they gave us free icecream and treats while starting the process which was very delicious.

It depresses me to see all the people that have received their furniture from Bob's. All I have received is 60% of a sectional and lies about when the rest will be available and when they can deliver it to me. I want to like them and I do like the furniture. Customer service is absolute garbage.

Rachel was very friendly and knowledgeable. She helped my wife and I pick out a new couch and a couple swivel chairs in no time. Checkout and setting up delivery was as easy as it gets. We will be back when we need more furniture.
