Elevate your dining experience!!! Absolutely wonderful service from Alex and the team at Bob's Discount Furniture in Mayfield, OH. I love my Brookline 7-piece black and white dining room set. The seats and the cushions are sturdy, yet comfortable. For Christmas, I added hunter green chair covers! This table and chair set elevates the elegance of my dining room at an affordable price! Delivery was fast and easy and the delivery team was professional and respectful of me and my house. Will definitely check out Bob's for more furniture in the future!

Great store with great employees….Shelia was a huge help. Not pushy or overbearing, explained the store layout and let us do our thing…popped in once or twice as we crossed paths and made sure we were ok. Threw together a profile for me with the selection I liked and sent it to me in an email so I can take my time and look into it a little more. Returned the next day to purchase a set. Easy process and quick delivery options!

My husband and I were in the market shopping for a new couch for our home. We are soon-to-be parents and really wanted a couch that would be able to cater to our needs, as we anticipate spending a significant amount of time on it. Shopping on a budget, we decided to check out Bob's. We were greeted upon entering the store with a warm smile from Auntiana. She gave us some time to browse around before approaching us to see how she could assist. I really appreciated her approach and timeliness. Commission based environments can sometimes be very pushy and demanding. Not here at Bob's and not with Auntiana. We didn't expect to find what we were looking for that evening but we did! How exciting! She was knowledgeable, friendly and patient as we decided how we would move forward. She even provided us with some future references to a mattress we desire to purchase later on. I highly recommend visiting Bob's, especially the Mayfield location if you are seeking valued prices for nice furniture as well as great customer service. Ask for Auntiana, she definitely won't disappoint. Now, we eagerly await the delivery of our couch and soon to arrive, new baby.
