Bob's Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

Great delivery service. Guys were exactly on time , worked together well. I moved into a 3rd floor apartment 4 sets of steps two turns. Queen bed and a power recliner couch. Those two guys saved my life because I would've died moving Those myself. Thank you. 😊

Excellent selection of furniture and friendly helpful staff. Prices are great too!

We were looking for a sectional and had been doing research online. Bob's seemed to have a nice selection with a few extra features like under seat storage, memory foam cushions and tables with charging ports. Multiple fabric colors and an available 5 year warranty also made this attractive. An Associate named John pointed us in the direction we wanted to go, answered a few questions and we made a selection in 15 minutes. They are delivering on Friday. A great buying experience! Thanks Bob and John!

Bob has such a great show room! They have such great prices! We visited the Boardman location just to look and we were so pleased with our whole experience and excited to be having our new furniture delivered here into Sharon PA within a week! I will come back to give a review on the furniture once its in place

Out of all the home furnishings stores that I have visited, Bob's Discount Furniture and Mattress Store has my vote. Hello everyone, I was asked to give a review on my recent purchase from Bob's Discount Furniture and Mattress. In July I visited Bob's Discount Furniture and Mattress Store in Boardman Ohio, and found that they have a huge selection of home furnishings, and all the employees are very courteous and knowledgeable. They helped us find what we were looking for which was a power lift recliner, and the color I selected was perfect for my decor. The chair was delivered to my home 2 weeks later which was during the time that delivery is made in my town. The two gentlemen that delivered the chair where very polite and professional, they put it together and set it in the area in which I requested. A week after receiving the chair I had a problem with the remote control and called customer service to have it serviced or replaced. There was a slight delay due to the fact that the remote control was on back order, but after a few calls to the manufacturer from store management we were able to have the problem resolved. Keep in mind that no matter what you purchase or where you purchase it from, sometimes there are issues and having it resolved in a timely manner show's that you are respected as a valued customer. Today the chair works perfectly with no problems or issues, and we know that if we ever need to call on Bob's for assistance in the future they are there to help.
