Our salesperson Michelle was the absolute best!!! Helpful not pushy, until she was trying to get us a better deal with paying for our purchase. She got it! Convinced my stubborn self to “try anyway”, when I was so sure it wouldn’t be any better. Very glad she was our saleswoman! Also helped with what will be a future purchase, and explains everything so easy and nice.

In the last few months, we purchased an entire bedroom set for my son and one for my dad. No issues. Then I purchased one for myself. Three times I’ve had to take off work, lock my animals up, move my rugs and empty my dresser for them to deliver a damaged dresser. Now they are supposed to deliver a fourth dresser next week. We won’t ever shop at Bob’s again.

Dave is awesome! He was kind, knowledgeable and gave us lots of space to look around. Not only that, but he made sure we checked on all our options in both the showroom and outlet. He was extremely helpful and it seemed like more than anything, he just wanted us to be happy vs making a sale. We ended up choosing a great and cozy glider for our nursery and I couldn’t be more happy with Dave’s service, the comfort of the glider and price we paid. Even our daughter had a fun time and they have a really cute cafe with free cookies and ice cream for the kids. I’m really grateful we chose Bob’s and got exceptional service from Dave!

I had a wonderful experience. Everyone was nice and willing to help. They had a wide range of selections. I was greeted at the door by Cheryl. She was very nice and attentive but not overly attentive. She listened to my wants and needs. She was very informative and answered all of my questions. She showed me selections based off what I told her and gave me space to process and make a decision on my purchase. The prices were very reasonable. When you stop in ask for Cheryl. Tell her Dee sent you. 😊

Customer service honestly sucks. I went physically to the store, with 5 people working & not one person came up to me to ask if I needed help. I walked around the store numerous times until I had to ask someone that was just standing there for help, and acted like I was bothering him. Maybe because i’m young and they think I can’t afford furniture? I don’t know but it was off putting immediately. I called to order my couch, to which they put the wrong name on my order & now I am having a hard time changing the name on my order. The guy on the phone had such an attitude about it to the point I just hung up because it wasn’t even worth the hassle. If you want to have business, then you need to be hospitable. if not, then you’re in the wrong business. Very disappointed for my first time with them.
