BED BUGS! Do not order from BOBS their warehouse is infested with bedbugs! For starters as you can see in the picture the couch delivery was not completed. They sent out the wrong item and had the box labeled as an end slider, which it was not! Some of the pieces were just boxed and not wrapped in plastic! I’ve order from bob’s before and never experienced a problem like this, so I didn’t think anything of it! Going forward I purchase 5 years insurance on the items. I called the very next day to return the item for either a refund or brand new items. I was told bobs provides the very best quality and recourse and I won’t be able to get a refund or a new item, and that infestation didn’t happen from bobs. They didn’t care about some of the pieces not being wrapped in plastic or that the couch is the only infested item in my house. They also did not care about me purchasing insurance and nor did they provide any type of resolution. I spoke to someone name Karen in costumer service she was extremely rude and straight to the point of no refund! I was also told that the new redelivery would be canceled for the wrong item, that they had to replace, the delivery driver still showed up and they never communicated with them about the situation. This company is extremely unorganized and UNSAFE! Nevertheless I’m out of a couple thousand for an invested couch and will have to kick out a couple thousand more for multiple treatments for exterminator! Also not to mention I’m at risk of losing my personal items in my house! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY YOUR FAMILY AND HOME WILL BE AT RISK ITS JUST NOT WORTH IT AND PURCHASING INSURANCE WONT SECURE OR RESOLVE ANYTHING!

We had a wonderful experience at Bob’s Furniture thanks to our salesperson Irl and Chris (the manager). From the moment we walked in, they were friendly, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured. They took the time to understand what we were looking for, answered all of our questions, and helped us find the perfect furniture for our home. Their patience, professionalism, and attention to detail made the entire shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. We truly appreciated their honesty and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase. I walked in with intentions to browse. I was greeted at the door and offered assistance with any of my needs. As I walked around. I was surprised at the wide selections and unbeatable prices. My associate Fatime was very helpful and knowledgeable and also offered suggestions. If you’re looking to replace or update your furniture. I highly recommend you visit Bob’s.

I was very happy with Naariliz’s service and professionalism. She was very patient with me while I looked at different sofa options. She also did a great job communicating with me via text while we discussed delivery options. Highly recommend this store and I look forward to my new Aspen sofa!

I had the worst time at bobs Furniture I waited 7 week after I paid for my 2 bedroom sets them my bed rails were broke when the bed shows up and the foot board is smashed. Them im told 5 more day till I have bed rails and foot board now the foot board is damaged again then im told 4 more days I get that one and that one is damaged i just told them to leave it i call a repair company and paid more to fix it. If you like drama go to bobs I will never buy again.and also the whiteglove service for 375.00 is a bunch of crap They left trash all over my house and from pavement
