Store is clean and friendly. I typically like to shop on my own but having my rep “Adia” nearby so I could ask her questions was helpful she built me a list of potential items I may want to buy. Super knowledgeable. The management was friendly and nice. I felt comfortable and well taken care of. My couch delivery is actually tomorrow but I did take home a rug which is nice and soft. Go buy a couch from Bobs Furniture something different other than Ashley’s which also nice.

I had a really great experience here. From the moment I walked in, everyone was kind and welcoming without being overwhelming. I really appreciated that I wasn’t rushed at all they gave me the time and space to look around on my own without having multiple salespeople hovering over me. What stood out the most was how respectful they were of what I wanted. I came in already knowing what I was looking for, and instead of trying to push me in a different direction, they supported my choice and made me feel confident that I was making the right decision. Overall, such a comfortable and stress-free experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for great service without the pressure.

Great customer service, I was looking to complete my Man's Sports room. Needed two electric recliners, intertainment center, and end tables. Your store had what I needed and It didn't cost an arm and a leg. Great sales person, gave us time to look around and there was no rush to buy. My wife and I really liked that. Thanks for everything. GREAT FURNITURE STORE, would come again.

⭐ 1 Star This has been the worst furniture-buying experience I have ever had. I purchased a bedroom set and paid for delivery and assembly over a month ago, and I am still waiting for all of my furniture to be completed. The first delivery was never made. After I waited at home all day, the delivery team claimed they attempted delivery by taking a picture of my house and leaving. They never knocked on the door, rang the doorbell, or waited the 15-minute window that their own policy states. I was home the entire time. Because of their failed delivery attempt, I was pushed back several more weeks. On the next delivery date, I left my doors and windows open and even had my son watching outside while he played. When the delivery truck finally arrived, my son had to flag them down to make sure they stopped. That should never happen. After finally receiving part of my order, I discovered that one of the beds was missing parts. I was then told the replacement parts would not be available for another month. At this point, it has been nearly two months since my purchase, and my bed is still sitting on the floor unfinished. What makes this even more frustrating is that no accommodations have been offered, communication has been difficult, and I feel important information about product availability was withheld when I made my purchase. Had I known I would be waiting months for a complete bedroom set, I would have explored other options. I am currently six months pregnant, and having my bed on the floor for this long is unacceptable. The store knew my situation because I purchased the furniture in person. The lack of customer service, communication, and accountability has been extremely disappointing. I would not recommend Bob's Furniture delivery and assembly service to anyone. No customer should have to go through this experience.

Representative Diana took the time to answer all of my questions. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the entire process. I truly appreciated her patience and excellent customer service.
