My experience with Mike at the Winchester, VA store on Sunday, 10 May was superb! Mike's clearly an experience salesman, able to read the customer, determine the most sensible sales approach, and let the customer sell himself on the product. That worked with me. After introductions, Mike answered my questions, applied no pressure, and let me browse the store to find what I was looking for. Once I found the product I wanted, I re-connected with Mike who accommodated my purchase quickly. The entire experience was professional, positive, and painless. As we say in the Navy - Bravo Zulu. We had an excellent experience at Bob’s Discount Furniture and I rated it a 10 because of the outstanding care Haley gave us. We brought both of our girls with us, and she was so patient and welcoming. She gave us space to look around but was always available when we had questions. What really stood out was how much effort she put in for us — she measured, figured dimensions, and truly did the work to make sure everything would fit and work for our space. We went to three other furniture stores before this, and while one had comparable pricing, none of them came close to the level of service we received from Haley. She was knowledgeable, funny, and matched our personality perfectly, which made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. Brian, you did an excellent job hiring her. Your store is amazing, and we will absolutely be returning because of this experience and Haley’s service.

Nice furniture store with a wide selection of furniture. Have some unusual pieces also. Friendly attentive staff. Easy accessibility and plenty of parking.
