Sleep Number

Colleen at the Woodbury location was very helpful and patient. It was a very pleasant buying experience! We’ve since received our new bed and love it! This is our 3rd Sleep Number bed. The only reason we purchased a new one was that we needed the adjustable platform.

If you come to this location just make sure you triple check your bill and know exactly what every charge is. We got charged for the bed FlexFit 3 base when we only ever discussed the FlexFit 2 base with our seller. We didn’t know which base it was exactly so we assumed he put in the one we talked about. We were wrong. We also got two pillow with our bed which we asked for regular pillows instead of king, we got king pillows instead. It was just a beyond frustrating experience honestly. I wish they didn’t get commission. It’s not deserved.

Excellent customer service. Jeff helped me pick out just the right options. He explained how everything worked. This is my 2nd Sleep Number bed. We bought one in 1990. We were in there computer! Amazing! We loved our first bed and it is still working great!

We had a great experience. Our salesman was knowledgeable and informative. He answered all of our questions and gave us privacy to talk things over.

I changed my wifi password and now my bed does not work. Will not connect to Bluetooth. They want me to pay $250 for a new pump. Their warranty is deceptive and does not cover the 25 year warranty. I should have known this was a gimmic!!
