María was super helpful and patient, she went through every one of the mattresses I wanted to check and explained me their traits, super sweet!! Most of ALL she was truthful with informing us the time frame it will take to receive our new mattress. We got the cool phase mattress and it is amazing I would recommend coming to drop box and speaking with Maria she will assist you with a smile and you will be very pleased with the product and the price. Customer service is excellent!!!
