JC Mattress Co/Boxdrop Western mass

Our experience buying with JC Mattress Co was simply perfect! Justin is a truly a down-to-earth guy that was easy to chat with! He was very knowledgable about the different types of mattress, which made the buying experience that much easier. We loved the many options, the quick delivery (yes, the mattress was delievered to us!). We particularly loved opening up the mattress and watching it expand to its full potential! We have purchased mattresses from Justin for our children in the past and we are so glad that we decided to put ourselves first and buy a new mattress! Thank you, Justin, for such a smooth and easy buying process! Oh and let's not forget how amazingly comfortable our new mattress is! #bestsleepofmylife

Hi folks what a great present to ourselves. Just one night and what difference the comfort is amazing even slept longer When deciding on where to purchase a mattress we liked the reviews and like us a small business in Chicopee we chosen Justin's business JCMattress .We are very happy with the service he provided .We have attached some videos and photos .So from our business Scentsational Marketing to yours wishing JC Mattress have a great holiday season and a wonderful new year. Will be glad to refer this business.

Justin made the entire mattress buying process easy and stress-free. He was knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to help us find the right mattress instead of just pushing a sale. The mattress itself is extremely comfortable and high quality—we’ve been sleeping great since day one. It’s clear he truly cares about his customers and his small business. Highly recommend working with Justin if you’re in the market for a new mattress.

We visited this morning to buy again from Justin because of the ease of the whole process. He accommodated my last minute text to ask if he was in his shop today by replying right back to say he’d meet me in 30 minutes. He had exactly what I needed in stock and for a great price! I bought my mattress from him years ago, and I’ve recommended him to everyone I know. I won’t ever buy a mattress anywhere else as long as JC Mattress Co is in business.

One of the best experiences I have had buying a mattress he wasn’t pushy was very knowledgeable helped every step of the way went out of his way to answer any questions you had and worked with your schedule on delivery I highly recommend this place I will buy from here from now on and the deals he has on mattresses you are not going to find anywhere else Justin is a wonderful person and great man to work with
