The new owners were so helpful and accommodating. They helped us measure different sofa options and gave us the best prices around. They have a wide variety of mattresses and couches/sectionals. I would highly recommend them! They even helped us load the uhaul!

The owners were so sweet, they don't hover over you at all and they let you know that, but they are available for any questions or help that you need. I picked out a nice couch that would have cost me anywhere from 200 to 400 more at another store. The couch took about a month to come in, which was perfect because I got it delivered to my new home. If you are in the need of a new living room set or mattress, this is the place to go. Always support local!!!

View on GoogleWe have shopped for mattresses and furniture at BoxDrop for a number of years. It is when something isn't quite right and how it is handled that makes one a happy dedicated future customer. And believe me I am a dedicated future customer! A family member purchased a mattress in 2023 and found the mattress had an area that was sinking...so to speak. I had the receipt and showed Steve at BoxDrop pictures. He came to my home right away to see what I was talking about and agreed something wasn't right. He came back with Kyle, took pictures and submitted the issue to the mattress company. Within weeks I was issued a credit to use in the store to replace the mattress. Steve is awesome, just a really nice guy who cares about his customers. You can be sure when I need a new mattress or furniture I will be going to BoxDrop to purchase!
