I found my AI bot’s choice of mattress at Brooklyn Bedding and I only prompted it with my arthritis history and that I am a side sleeper! The service was excellent and no high pressure sales tactics. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. The usual removal fee but 30% off new mattress due to Memorial Day sale. Hurry on over and treat your body to cool cuddly support.
View on GoogleOur sales lady was, Leslie. She was fantastic. She's very friendly, informative and did not try to pressure us into buying anything. After we "tested" a couple of mattresses, we thanked her and went to visit another mattress store. We liked the mattress at Brooklyn Bedding much better, so we returned to that store and bought the mattress & more, from Leslie.
View on GoogleWill reply after bedding is delivered. Sales person was 5 STAR, as were the two men who delivered our mattresses! The sales person was knowledgeable and professional. The delivery men were the best we have experienced. They got right at the job, explained everything they were doing. Jim and Donna Quinn

View on GoogleMy wife and I walked in with clear preferences. Aldo couldn't have made it easier. We burdened him with all of our medical problems, lol, but he knew exactly what we needed. And no hard sell. We got our bed bases and mattresses and they are a vast upgrade from what we had before. Perfect transaction
